Government Healthcare Schemes, Corporate Panels & TPA Arrangements

Healthify Medical supports selected government healthcare schemes and corporate medical panel arrangements for eligible patients. These may include primary care, chronic disease care, preventive health screening, vaccinations, child health services and other approved medical services, depending on the scheme or panel coverage.

Patients are encouraged to bring their NRIC / FIN, relevant scheme card, company medical card, e-card, referral form or supporting documents during registration. Eligibility, subsidy amounts, claim limits and covered services may vary according to prevailing government guidelines, employer benefits, insurance policy terms and TPA approval rules.

Healthier SG at Healthify Medical

Healthier SG is Singapore’s national preventive health initiative. Eligible residents may enrol with Healthify Medical as their regular family doctor clinic for preventive care, chronic disease support and long-term health planning.

Through Healthier SG, eligible patients may receive a personalised Health Plan consultation, recommended health screening and vaccinations based on eligibility, and support for chronic disease management. Benefits and subsidies are subject to prevailing MOH guidelines.

Patients can enrol through the HealthHub app by selecting Healthify Medical as their preferred Healthier SG clinic. Patients who need assistance may approach our clinic team during registration

What Healthier SG enrollees should know

Healthier SG enrolment is voluntary. Some benefits are linked to the patient’s enrolled clinic and are subject to eligibility, citizenship status, age, medical condition, vaccination history, screening eligibility and prevailing MOH guidelines.

Patients should bring their NRIC and inform our clinic team if they are already enrolled under Healthier SG or would like to check their enrolment status.

Screen For Life

Screen For Life is Singapore’s national screening programme. It supports eligible Singapore Citizens with recommended health screening based on age, gender and risk profile.

Screening may include checks for common chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Depending on eligibility, age and gender, selected cancer screening may also be recommended.

Patients are encouraged to check their eligibility before screening and bring their NRIC during the visit. Our clinic team can assist with eligibility checks where possible.

Patients using corporate medical cards, insurance panels or TPA arrangements should inform our clinic staff during registration. Coverage depends on the patient’s employer benefit plan, insurance policy, TPA rules and approval at the time of visit.

Services That May Require Self-Payment

Corporate panel and TPA coverage varies between employers, insurers and TPAs. Some services may not be covered and may require self-payment, even if the patient has a valid company medical card or insurance e-card.

Corporate panel and TPA benefits are subject to each patient’s employer benefit plan, insurance policy, TPA approval rules and prevailing terms. Our clinic team will assist to verify coverage where possible, but final approval remains subject to the relevant company, insurer or TPA.

Patients may be required to self-pay for services that are not covered, not approved, excluded from their plan, or not supported by the relevant panel arrangement.

Can I use CHAS at Healthify Medical?
Eligible Singapore Citizens may use CHAS subsidies at participating GP clinics for approved services, subject to CHAS eligibility and prevailing scheme rules.
 
Can I enrol in Healthier SG with Healthify Medical?
Eligible patients may enrol with a Healthier SG clinic through the HealthHub app. Patients may choose Healthify Medical as their preferred Healthier SG clinic during the enrolment process, subject to eligibility and availability.
 
Is Screen For Life available at the clinic?
Screen For Life supports eligible Singapore Citizens with subsidised recommended screening tests based on age, gender, medical history and previous screening date. Our clinic team can assist to check eligibility where possible.
 
Can I use my company medical card?
Healthify Medical is on selected corporate panels and TPA arrangements, including MHC, IHP, Alliance, Raffles Health Insurance and Adept Health / Doctor Anywhere. Coverage depends on your employer benefit plan, policy terms and TPA approval at the point of visit.
 
Are vaccinations covered under my company panel?
Vaccinations are commonly excluded from corporate panel or TPA coverage unless specifically included in your company benefit plan. Patients should check with their HR department, insurer or TPA before visiting.
 
Are aesthetic treatments covered by corporate panels?
Cosmetic and aesthetic medicine is commonly excluded from corporate medical benefits and usually requires self-payment.
 
What happens if my panel claim is rejected?
If a claim is not approved by the company, insurer or TPA, the patient may be required to self-pay for the consultation, medication, investigation, procedure or service provided.
