Healthify Medical Family Clinic will start operating from 11 July 2020.
Dear Valued Patients,
1) Please be kindly informed that our clinic will be closed on the following date/period:
a. 31 December 2024 (Tuesday) at 2pm; and
b. 1 January 2025 (Wednesday) to 2 January 2025 (Thursday).
Clinic operations will resume on 3 January 2025 (Friday). Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused and your kind understanding is highly appreciated.
2) The latest Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty Comirnaty JN.1 Vaccine is now available at our clinic.
Eligible residents (aged 12 years and above) may:
a. book an appointment for vaccination via the link https://book.health.gov.sg/covid; or
b. walk-in to our clinic during our operating hours, at least 30 minutes before clinic closing.
